Image # A58-151; Using a 500mm catadioptric lens, I captured this shot of a zebra while visiting the Sedgwick County Zoo in Wichita, Kansas.  There are three species of zebra: Grevy's, Burchell's (or plains) and Mountain.  The Grevy's is the largest of the three species.  The hide of the Grevy's zebra is white with thin black or brown stripes.  The stripes extend down to the hoof.  The Grevy's zebra makes a braying sound similar to that of a mule.
