Image #'s A58-214a-h; While visiting in Atchison, Kansas, I captured these images of the W.W. Hetherington Victorian mansion which was built in 1883 for his family.  The home features a distinctive tower patterned after Scottish castles.  During the guided tour I learned many things of the various rooms in this mansion (i.e. the high chair by the kitchen table will fold down into a stroller).  This property was privately purchased in 1978 when work began to turn it into a museum celebrating the cities Victorian era.
